As long time resident, civic volunteer and business owner on Mercer Island, I have worked to connect and advocate for the local business community. Currently I serve on the Art Commission and Chamber Board and hope to further connect the art community to the businesses and residents of Mercer Island through town center art spaces, events and activities.

Bob has published extensively in his career in publications including the Seattle Times and Puget Sound Business Journal, and has also made numerous appearances providing expert commentary on CNBC and KCTS' "Serious Money" program. As part of his research duties, Bob places high emphasis on the study and understanding of global economic fundamentals and economic and financial trends that impact the firm's investments and investment strategy
As a Head of School at FASPS with more than 20 years of experience in international educational settings, Eric has managed plurilingual and multicultural schools in Cape Verde Islands, Turkey, and the United States. Eric also led the Austin International School for six years, where he transformed it from a start-up school into a well-regarded institution. Under his leadership, FASPS continues to define itself as the leading French-American educational institution in the greater Seattle metropolitan area.
Eric has been an active community leader, taking responsibilities in several local, state, and international boards, such as the Alliance Française de Seattle, the Mercer Island Chamber of Commerce, WFIS (Washington Federation of Independent Schools), AFSA (Association of French Schools in North America), and FISNA (French International Schools in North America).
Fatema ("Tema") is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and Washington. Most recently, Tema, joined the Gottesman Chapin Group as a Real Estate Advisor with Engel and Völkers Mercer Island shop in November 2019.
Tema is President of The Mary E. Groff Charitable Trust, a private foundation funding medical science, research, and education. Tema serves locally on the Boards of The Mercer Island Chamber of Commerce and The Mercer Island Schools Foundation. Tema also serves on the Alumni Admissions Committee for Georgetown University.
